Start spreading the news... the New York Footbag Association will be holding its first annual NYFA Fall Freestyle Symposium the weekend of October 26-28, 2007. The tournament will consist of freestyle and related footbag events. An expanded description, including an agenda of events, will be posted to footbag.org shortly. The intended Washington Square Park site has yet to be approved by the NYC Parks Department, with permit applications outstanding. Irrespective of permit approval, a tournament will be held during this weekend, the scale of which will be dependent on the limitations of the site ultimately secured. Please 'save the date' for the weekend of October 26-28, 2007, with the bulk of tournament activity taking place October 27.
