The Venezuela Cup was a great tourney, with already 33 participants, five of
them new players, really all the participants showed us a very technically game
and a high level into the courts.

In women singles there were good games, the final was disputed again between
Ivaneidy and Jessica, where Ivaneidy defended his title (06-15), (15-07) (15-11)
and was again proclaimed as one the best female player in Venezuela. Mixed final
was between Ivaneidy/Roberto and Yalis/Victor, four great players that showed us
the best mixed final of all, seriously the women play hard as never, the champs
were Ivaneidy and Roberto (15-12), (12-15) and (15-09) a very close score.

In open single there was very good games all the pools had good contenders, the
final was again between Victor and Roberto, our two best singles players, showed
us a very technical game and skills, Victor won in three difficult sets (21-14)
(16-21) and (22-20).

In open doubles there were very strong couples, this time two couples from
Táchira visit us but the final was disputed between Victor/Roberto and Elias
/Ramon, two couples from Caracas. Was a great final with many spikes, digs and
defense, in three sets Victor and Roberto win, the score was (10-15), (15-13)
and (15-02).

In general was a great tournament, all the players of the different categories
showed the result of their training, with technical games, with offensive and
defense abilities, I can say that every time is more difficult win a game.
