As time goes by.... the FC Footstar turns 8!

Keeping the tradition alive. We celebrated every year ever since our fifth birthday in 2003. And it's just gotten better every time. Just remember

  • the great shred and net session at the Waldorfschule gym in 2003 and the even better party, when an incredibly drunk Dexter showed an remarkably beautiful handstand-fallover onto Ole's glass table.
  • another all-day shred and net session at the Waldorfschule gym in 2004 and the party at the XBOX-Lounge, where more than 400 people danced until the early morning
  • the beautiful gym at Palisadenstraße on our 7th anniversary in 2005 and the party at the YAAM club, being certainly the best so far with its more than 600 guests.
..and in 2006? It will even get better. There will be the regular warm-up training session on Thursday and Friday, followed by the easy chill-in party on Friday night. But of course, as a main event we'll have some gym for Saturday's morning to evening freestyle and net session.
Berlin knows how to party! To prove the proverb, we're proud to organize another outstanding party. In 2006, we'll celebrate in the Cassiopeia, a beautifully decorated site run by Berlin's first skateboard club.
We'll have a special guest performing live this year, MC Dendemann supported by DJ Mirko Machine. Those two are among the most famous hiphop artist in Germany. It's gonna be huge! And as usual, the line-up will feature renown DJs spinning tunes on three floors from Funk to Rap, Reggae to Dancehall, Jungle to Drum'n'Bass. And to cure out the hang-over, we'll have another footbag session on Sunday. A perfect weekend!
