For the past 5 years the Colorado Shred Symposium has been one of the
largest
US Freestyle events, and this year will be no different. Freestylers
everywhere are encouraged to attend this epic event.
This years location will be the same as last years. St. Cajetan's Church,
on
the Auraria Campus, is at the center of three colleges and is a 5 minute
walk
from Beautiful Downtown Denver. Promotions for the event are in the works
and we are aiming for record attendance.

Friday
7pm informal shred on 2nd floor (lounge area) of Executive Tower hotel
Saturday
11am event official begins at Saint Cajetan's Church
1pm competition starts promptly
7pm event wrap up
8pm Players' Party and Awards Ceremony at "Old Chicago"
Then, more informal shred on 2nd floor (lounge area) of Executive Tower hotel!
Sunday
11am final day of event at Saint Cajetan's Church
Midnight they kick us out.

After looking into it, they had a much better Party Venue for us. We have rented out the
Back Bar Room for our personal use. It has open space for those who want to shred, pool
tables, video games, TV's and our own bartender. Everyone of every age is allowed in no
matter what time it is. It's bound to be a much more relaxed and fun time.

They were our host hotel last year and were very gracious and easy to
work with. The hotel is only 5 minutes walking distance to the event
site and only 2 blocks from the 16th St. Mall which is home to much of
Denver's nightlife.

Driving Directions to Executive Tower Inn.
Directions:
From Interstate 25 - Take Speer Blvd. South, (the second Speer exit).
Follow Speer Blvd. into the downtown area, and turn left at Lawrence St.
Go 2 blocks, and turn right on 14th St.. Go 2 more blocks and turn left
onto Curtis St.. The hotel is directly on the left side. Turn left into
the first garage entrance.
From Denver International Airport- Take Pena Blvd. approximately 10 miles
to I-70 Westbound. Take i-70 West approximately 15 miles to I-25 South.
Take Speer Blvd. South, (the second Speer exit). Follow Speer Blvd. into
the downtown area, and turn left at Lawrence St. Go 2 blocks, and turn
right on 14th St. Go 2 more blocks and turn left onto Curtis St.. The
hotel is directly on the left side. Turn left into the first garage
entrance.
Guest of the hotel are eligible for a reduced parking charge that includes
in and out privileges. Just bring your ticket to the front desk and have
it validated for this special rate. The hotel has five levels of indoor
parking.
