symposiums in Boulder, Colorado. Shred with the local crew and other world-
class freestylers for a killer weekend of freestyle shred, including two
rounds of 45 second shred contest with prize money.

Event Details:
--LOCATIONS: Saturday/Sunday- Toadstool Playhouse 2475 Mapleton (corner of
Mapleton + Folsom). Look for the giant igloo/dome. 11am-6pm. Monday- CU
campus, UMC building, rm.157A+B, at the corner of Broadway and Euclid. 11am-
6pm.
--EVENTS: shred contest starts at 2 pm Saturday and Sunday. Monday will be
left open for jammin'! 45 second shred contest will be judged by video
review, with a formula of: Adds + (add ratio x unique moves) = TOTAL SCORE.
Unique moves are guiltless for pros and intermediates. Your
best score from the two rounds will be your final score. 2 minute routine
DEMOS (no prize money) will also take place if enough people want to do
them.
--DIRECTIONS: a quick word, you will not get lost in Boulder; just remember
the mountains are west. Another quick word, public transpo is great here.
TOADSTOOL PLAYHOUSE- Coming into Boulder from Denver
on Hwy 36, which transforms to 28th St when you hit town, go North on 28th,
and make a Left at Arapahoe Ave (one light past Colorado St). Turn Right on
Folsom (a couple blocks down), now you're heading north again. Mapleton Ave
is three blocks past Pearl St; at the NW corner of Folsom + Mapleton you will
see the GIANT IGLOO; turn left at Mapleton and park in the lot behind the
building, not on the street. Coming from Golden and/or I-70, Hwy 93 turns
into
Broadway once you're in Boulder. Heading north, take Broadway to Mapleton Ave
and turn Right (East). UMC 157A+B- By day three you will likely be familiar
