While this is called the Texas State Championships it is open to anyone and everyone from
everywhere. We have retained the name because this event has taken place in Austin under
this name for over 14 years! While not considered one of the hotbeds of footbag action,
Texas has been a constant force in the sport for many, many years. This year the Texas
Footbag League placed 4th among clubs competing at the World Championships.
