Front Back 0 adds
Here is front back, pretty much a sun back on the front side of your body. You must put your back to the net first. Then scissor with your non-spiking leg and finish with the toe extended over your front side shoulder. You must hit this one hard to get it in, which works out nicely! It is pretty much a half roll spike. Taller players use this shot more effectively.

This is a version of a standing pull down, where you drive the bag at your opponent's backcourt or body. Timing, proper steps, and flexibility are the key to this kill. Performed P.T. Lovern.

Whip Sweep (Scissor Sweep) 0 adds
This move is a variation of the front back. You still scissor with your non-spiking foot and finish with a sweep (inside). This move is great when the set is not perfect for the front back. Also you can do it on the run or with your back to the net.

Side Axe or Shataf 0 adds
Here is a nice crush when the bag goes to your opponents side! This move should follow after you master a side push. You slap the bag down as you extend your leg over the net. This is the move to learn if you want to break the plane of the net! Side Axe performed by P.T. Lovern

Toe (Toe Spike) 0 adds

This is a toe spike. You must get your toe on top of the bag as you swing downward. Rotation of your hips is crucial when executing this move. This shot is performed by Will Guyette AKA Tobra Commander or is he GI Toe. I can't remember.

Whip Sweep or Scissor Sweep 0 adds

This move is a variation of front back. If the set is not perfect then you should switch to this move it will give you more range. It is very powerful and deceptive. You pump with your non spiking leg then finish with a sweep on your spiking leg. This move is best off the net. Will Guyette is perfoming this Whip Sweep.

Pull-Down (Standing Extended Sole) 0 adds
Also known as "bring down".
This move is more than just a sole spike -- the player slams the footbag down over the net by lifting his leg as high as possible (fully extending) and then pulling his toes/sole down, slapping the bag from the top as it is on its way down.
