Nike Air Max Assail III This is what I've been using just to kick around. Broad and flat surfaces on the toe and instep. Absorbs shocks and breathes very well. Great traction on both grass and concrete.
Compared to my lavers, this is a much more comfortable shoe for all the stomping and jumping around that I do when I kick. After seeing what's possibe with Climas I think this shoe may have some potential for freestyle with little modification. The price tag will keep it from being a practical option for most players though.
