Sound Footwork is a community club designed to promote the sport of footbag. We hold weekly practices throughout the year, host annual local footbag tournaments and events, publish the "Kickin' News" newsletter, and maintain a 24 hour automated hotline. We welcome anyone interested in playing or learning about footbag.

Spring Kicking Schedule

Come join us at our weekly kicks. We love kicking with players of any level, and offer free instruction in basic kicks, Footbag Net, and Footbag Freestyle to anyone that wants it.
