Over the years, various move lists have been created in various formats. In theory, the footbag.org move list is the official list. However, it is sadly out of date.

We hope to evolve the footbag.org move list to be the latest and most up to date list. Until then, you may need to skim a few different lists, starting with the one on footbag.org, but also including others below.

Note: we will not use this reference section to list moves. All "structured data" such as editable lists (e.g., moves, events, clubs, etc.) will remain forever separate as part of the core functionality of footbag.org. Though the rest of footbag.org is not as easy to edit as a wiki, we do allow individuals to edit various areas such as the move list. If you would like permission to become a move-list editor on footbag.org, please contact the webmaster.

Known move lists:

When my friends and i play hacky sack, we do lot of cool tricks

the standard:

  • inside kicks - I can do 20 in a row!
  • toe kicks

Harder tricks:

  • rainbow
  • jester
  • clipper
  • trampoline - (use your shirt to shoot the bag up!)

My friend can do Around the World. Its really hard.

If you want to serve the bag in a style, use the toe of your footbag to fling the bag up from the ground! I dont know what this is called.

I hope this helps.
