Ducking the bag was invented by Eric Wulff, it receives the BOD ADD. A clean duck passes just over the back of the neck as the player ducks under the bag during its peak. Ducks are mostly commonly set from clipper, but can be set from any surface. Below ducking is explained along with its 3 variants, diving, weaving and zulu.

  • Ducking - Set the bag over the near shoulder, duck, and perform an opposite side component.
  • Diving - Set the bag past the far shoulder and duck so that the bag comes back over to the near side of the body to perform a near side component.
  • Weaving - Set the bag over the near shoulder, duck, and perform a near side component.
  • Zulu - Set the bag past the far shoulder, duck, and turn the body to perform a far side component.
